Testingservice content

1.Equipment dismantling

Dismantling and implementation plan, personnel, organization,preparation tools, protective measures, dismantling, dose field verificationand record, equipmentprotection. 

2.Equipment freight back tothe factory

Vehicle preparation, loading machinepreparation, transport protective measures, to the factory confirmation of discharge(quantity and appearance), equipment storage.

 3.Detection and filling

(1) Fire extinguishing agent empty or recycling;The cylinderinternal peer damage rust and processing;The cylinder wall thicknesstesting;The cylinder strength test and test;Fire extinguishing agentfilling;Sealing check;In leakage detection;The cylinder surface anti-corrosiontreatment;

(2)To inform the clients in time and offerprice in time when finding the failure parts and components.    The corresponding parts could be changed afterthe consent of the customers’ approval. 

4.Equipmentfreight back to the scene.

Verificationof equipments’ number, appearance and information; vehicles preparation; Loadingmachines’ preparation; transport protective measures; loading confirmation onthe spot (number and appearance)

5.equipmentinstallation、debugging、acceptance

Personnelorganization, tool preparation, set in place, pressure check, linkagedebugging, gas pipe network system, alarm system electrical connections,environment cleaning, submit relevant information, together with the owneracceptance;

6.System training,transferring

Tohave the system principle, operation, daily check’s training towards safetymanagement staffs、computer rooms’ workingstaffs、safety guards on thespot. 

7. Gas cylinders’ renting(optional)

during the period of checking, those owners having renting requirementscan propose renting case for choosing. 

8.safety measures of the whole process

(1)When loading and unloading the cylinders, they must be installed and unloadedlightly.  It is forbidden to collision、throw、slip or roll on the ground. Do not put the bottle of head valve in the alignment person, payattention to prevent bottle group head of valve cap fell off.

(2)During Transportation, IG - 541 \ CO2 bottles group must use steel bottle of headvalve cap protection. It could be flat or vertical position, when the flat barheight shall not exceed the vehicle protection plate, with triangle wood matcard prison, prevent rolling;Group of seven fluorin propane bottle must withthe bottle of head valve bubble shield to protect, should be kept upright;

(3) In bottle grouptesting, meanwhile, to ensure the safety of the protection zone for patrolofficers on duty, it is demanding to increase the number building inspection.To pay special attention to the protection zone and increase the portable fireextinguisher at the gate of the each protection zon
